Initial Oral Exam
Your initial visit with Dr. Bentley includes a complete series of x-rays, visual exam, and a soft tissue exam. Dr. Bentley will review his diagnosis with you, and what treatment he recommends. Your treatment plan will be presented to you detailing what your insurance plan is estimated to cover, and what your financial responsibility would be for any treatment options given.
