Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Fort Worth, TX so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we do ask that you give us 48 hours notice so that we can try and schedule someone in your place. Any appoitment cancled after 48 hours is subject to a $50 cancelation fee.

Insurance and Billing
We accept any PPO insurace plan. As a service to our patients, this office will file insurance claims on their behalf; however, your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Most misunderstandings regarding insurance benefits can be avoided if you are aware of your specific policy guidelines. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
